FAQ

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

Wedding gallery delivery depends on the time of the year that the wedding takes place. Early spring season weddings can expect to be delivered within 8 weeks, late summer / Fall wedding can expect to be delivered within 12 weeks.

Do you do video?

Yes! We started offering videography in 2023, but we do have a select few videographers that we can recommend.

What if we're getting married abroad?

We LOVE to travel! Our passports are always ready to go, we have done photoshoots all over the world, Mexico, Bali, Scotland, Ireland, Las Vegas.

Can we include our pets in our wedding?

We LOVE pets, and have several of our own ranging from cats - horses!

Make sure you check with your venue that they allow pets.

Do you hold a valid business license and insurance?

Yes, We are fully licensed and insured including Banff National Park!

How does the process work?

Review and accept the quote, then sign the contract and pay the retainer fee.
