This proposal adventure began the night before in Leduc, Alberta. In order to catch the Moraine Lake sunrise shuttle, I drove through the night to Lake Louise. I only managed a few hours of sleep in my car — and, to make things extra memorable, I even had a bear wander past at 5 a.m. while I was parked! With a mix of nerves, excitement, and adrenaline, I met my clients Brian and Daniela bright and early for the 6 a.m. shuttle to Moraine Lake.

A Sunrise Proposal in the Rockies

We arrived at Moraine Lake just as the sun began to rise, casting its warm glow on the turquoise waters and the Valley of the Ten Peaks towering above. With the dramatic Rockies as their backdrop, Brian dropped to one knee and proposed.
